Allergy Information:
All ingredients are wheat free, gluten free, and natural. We use sweet cream, whole milk, and eggs in all our products unless specified when ordering. If you need a specialized product (example: nut free, dairy free, or sugar free) please specify in an email atinfo@poshpopbakeshop.com. Please include your full name, address, and item that you need to be specialized. Although nuts are not a part of every recipe, trace amounts of peanuts or tree nuts can be in any of our desserts. Major allergens include milk, egg, soy, peanut, and tree nuts.

What is a Posh Pop?
A Posh Pop is a Decadent Cake Pop. Our Posh Pops are made from fully baked cake that is mixed with icing and dipped in imported Callebaut chocolate.

What gluten free ﬂour do you use in your baked goods?
Every product is different, but all contain some combination of tapioca, garbanzo, and fava ﬂour.

Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No, our products do not contain preservatives or additives. They are also free of hydrogenated oils, making all of our posh products trans-fat free.

Why don’t you use artiﬁcial food dyes?
Many people have chemical sensitivity to artiﬁcial food dyes. It also turns out that in a random, double-blind and placebo controlled study by Lancet in 2007 links hyperactivity to artiﬁcial chemicals and preservatives.

What kind of Natural Food Coloring do you use?
We use India Tree Natural Food Dye that is vegetable based, contains no corn syrup or synthetic dyes.

Which products contains natural food coloring?
We use all natural food coloring to get the vibrant colors on our fondant candy accents found on top of some cupcakes. We also use all natural food colorings on some of our posh pop drizzle and swirls decorations. The sprinkles are also made with all natural food coloring.

Where does Posh Pop deliver?
Posh Pop Bakeshop delivers in all of Ocean, Monmouth, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey. New York City and other counties outside our delivery are is also available for additional fees.

Do I need to pre-pay?
For shipping and delivery, we kindly request payment in advanced. Our delivery agents do not accept cash payments on delivery.

What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
We do our best to ship our products accordingly to make sure they arrive to our customers safely. Posh Pop Bakeshop is not responsible if the customer in not home when packages arrives or damage due to products being left outside in warm or hot temperatures. We are also not responsible if there are unfortunate circumstances such as weather and road conditions that are beyond our control that would prohibit FedEx from delivering your baked goods on time.

What is the shelf life of your products and how do I care for them?
Our cookies have a shelf life of approximately 4-5 days from shipping date. Place your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature to keep them fresh. If you would like to freeze your cookies, wrap them in wax paper, then either on a plastic or foil and then store in an air tight container for a maximum shelf life of 1 month. Place them on a cookie sheet and heat at 325 depending on your oven temperature for 6 minutes when ready to eat.

Cupcakes and loaves also have a 4-5 day shelf life from shipping date. When they are received, place them in an air tight container and keep in the refrigerator. Reheat in an oven at 325 degrees for about 6-8 minutes. Posh pops can stay fresh for about 1 or 2 weeks in a sealed container at room temperature.
