Custom Cake Return & Refund Policy

All custom cake sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our cakes, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once an order is picked up or delivered.

We work closely with every client to align on flavor, theme, and overall aesthetic. While design interpretations may vary slightly due to artistry, no refunds will be issued for subjective preferences including writing style, decoration placement, or color variations.

All orders are considered accepted at the time of pickup or delivery. If something is truly incorrect (i.e. flavor, spelling, or missing elements), please notify us immediately at pickup so we may address it.
