Shipping Guide

📦 Our Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure your treats arrive fresh and on time.

Orders typically arrive within 1–3 days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While many customers receive their orders by Tuesday or Wednesday, others may receive them as late as Friday.

If you need your treats by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order early in the week to allow for flexibility in delivery timing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way!

⏳ Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next eligible shipping day.
We do not ship Friday–Sunday to avoid weekend delays.

📍 Shipping Limitations

Due to the steep rise in UPS overnight rates, we currently limit shipping to certain states.
If you're a new or returning customer from a restricted area, feel free to reach out  and we may be able to accommodate a custom shipping solution.

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order!
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, but we’ll do our best to help.

đź§Š Perishable Items & Delivery Reminders

We pack all orders with ice packs or dry ice as needed, especially for perishable items like cakes and cheesecakes.

Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery. Once your order is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to bring the package inside and refrigerate perishable items immediately.

We are not responsible for items that are left outside for extended periods or exposed to heat. Tracking information is provided with every order—please keep an eye on it so your treats stay safe and fresh!

🎄 Holiday Shipping Schedule

Our shipping days shift slightly during peak holiday weeks to account for carrier volume and closures. Please read carefully and plan ahead.

  • Thanksgiving Week:
    Orders ship Monday & Tuesday only.
    We recommend ordering by the week before to avoid delays.

  • Christmas Week:
    Cut-off for guaranteed Christmas delivery: typically the Wednesday before Christmas week.

  • New Year’s Week:
    Limited shipping may occur depending on carrier schedules.

  • Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day:
    These are peak weeks! Order 1 week early if your date is time-sensitive.

📦 Pro tip: We strongly recommend ordering early during all major holidays to allow extra time for unexpected shipping delays.
