Please note that all orders placed through third-party platforms (such as ChowNow, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of the platform used.
At Posh Pop Bakeshop, we do not have access to your payment method or the ability to fully manage orders placed through these services. As such:

All cancellations, delivery issues, and refund requests must be handled directly through the platform used to place your order.

Once an order is submitted, it is automatically routed to our production team and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded by us, even if contacted immediately after submission.

We are not liable for delivery delays, address errors, driver issues, or product condition once the order has left our store via third-party services.
Custom orders and large party orders should never be placed through third-party apps. Please reach out to us directly for white glove service, tailored timelines, and guaranteed quality control.
For any time-sensitive, special, or event-related orders, we highly recommend ordering directly through our website or in-store to ensure the best experience and full customer support.
